Sorry - I keep forgetting that some people own phones and others are owned by them. Last place I worked they spent a fortune on fancy phones and cards and were extreeeeeeemly miffed to discover you could just plug a headset into your computer sound card. Most laptops come with a mike and speaker but I'm not sure if your allowed to shoot people shouting into open laptops on the train. At least if they use windows you can probably down them with a virus!
