My bandwidth got exeeded (only 1 gig / month) on my last host and I didn't want to pay more for the extra so I was pointed to Streamline.net by a friend. Things transfered ok (after I remembered where I put the password for Nominet) as you need this to alter the DNS settings from your old provider to the new. I have just one gripe and that is with the MySql databases you cannot "name" a new db just select a pre-named one from a list. So even though I am on a linux server there are some restrictions. I find the "Control panel " applets scary, but I like ssh and I have a mounted folder on the desktop to my home folder on the web. best of luck -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG http://mailman.dclug.org.uk/listinfo/list FAQ: http://www.dcglug.org.uk/linux_adm/list-faq.html
