Hi Neil - no, I probably would not normally use 25gb and less than 20gb normally. However, I would have had the option to do so if I needed to and I will no longer have that. Newnet are prepared to sell me an additional 5gb per month for £6.75 but, they are not reducing my fees that I have already paid them by that amount, or in fact, at all. I know I am being very pedantic about this but, I don't really see how they can expect to have their cake and eat it. If I pay for 25gb (or 20gb) I should have the option to use all of that if I wish to. In a forum I was looking at of Newnet users, their CEO said that the service I purchased is not cost effective if users exceed 10gb of their usage ! I consider that he should expect users to use every k of their allowance and consider it a bonus if he has users that regularly underuse it.
