I tried an OEM Windows XP Home CD on my other half's laptop, it would install but not accept the licence key. It kept saying it was invalid despite being attached to the sticker on the bottom of the machine. Bloody Microsoft! They make it hard work for even those who have legal copies of Windows XP.
