Whilst I'm sure we're all happy to see SCO getting slapped down this isn't cause for celebration. The ruling establishes that Novell owns the Unix IP (whatever that may be) and not SCO, which is of little interest to Linux. The IBM case is the important one which may not now go to trail - where I was hoping Linux would be cleared of containing Unix IP (as far as any remains).
