With multiple PCs you could demonstrate a couple of distros, say Ubuntu / Kubuntu / Fedora / PCLinuxOS etc. Maybe even setup a little LTSP network (I'm sure something like that would be useful for an internet cafe to reduce down time - if a machine goes down then it can boot up over the network. I might be able to get it a mention on the radio, I'm friendly with the Program Controller at Atlantic FM (I've done him a couple of IT related favours in the past) so I might be able to get the event mentioned.
