On windows it is my favourite vector graphics program... Absolutely brilliant for doing all your web graphics on... I will be definitely be installing it on my Ubuntu PC.

 

If you haven't tried it - give it a go you won't be disappointed.

I was. It is tolerable only for those who have never used Inkscape - dismal SVG export, vomit-worthy UI, etc...
Granted, it's fast, but it can't compete.
