The obvious question is why? If I had some specific reason to use Windows, then I would simply install it in a VM of one sort or another or actually install Windows on another box or as a dual boot. Wine is a good app for some purposes - gaming springs to mind as VMs don't tend to support 3d acceleration - but for those who need Windows compatability day to day, then a VM is a much better option.
