I've given up, we're going to get a satellite installer to come in and adjust the dish. Will cost me £35 but at least I know it will be done correctly without risk of anyone falling off the roof! At least I'm gettting 4 connections put in and the rooms wired up for freeview cheaply. Assuming it all works I'll order a DVB-S Satellite card for my MythTV box.
