A pda that isn't linux based but that works fantastically well with linux over usb and has lots of linux apps for it is the Palm T3. an oldy but goodie. I just got rid of my windows powered pda for one picked up off ebay for £80 as I used to have one before. Not linux for at least not windows. Can be themed to look like KDE though. Rock solid os. Interopbility with windows outlook, but also works with evolution mail throuth gnome conduits. I seem to have read some alpha projects of linux being used on it. Google perhaps ? Good choice I reckon if money is a consideration. Has the open source tcpmp media player for ogg music and mp4 video etc. email, browisg over gprs. Up to 1.5 gb sd/sdio cards.
