Firstly I e-mailed Chris Edgecombe at Gemini Torbay (http://www.geminitorbay.co.uk - click on Shows & DJ's and then select Edgey) who does the breakfast show. Chris is known as Edgey so I mentioned Ubuntu 'Edgy' Eft which I thought might appeal to him. I have also mentioned that there are other versions of Linux avaliable and we're hoping on letting people try them all out and have the option to have them installed on their PC. I then e-mailed Suse Gale at Lantern FM (http://www.lanternfm.co.uk - click on Shows & DJ's and then select Mornings). Of course I mentioned OpenSUSE to Suse and basically a bit about what we're trying to acheve. Hopefully this will get positive feedback, support and a mention from the presenters. I'm also hoping they will mention it to the other presenters and staff at the stations. I will also drop an e-mail to South Hams Radio (Totnes, South Hams area), Plymouth Sound (Plymouth and surrounding areas) and Orchard FM (Somerset). I think I'll have to get in touch with the Glastonbury LUG to see if they're interested in doing something for Children In Need.
