I no longer run a catch all for this very reason. Its amazing how much spam is directed at <random>@somedomain so only allowing genuine usernames cuts out quite a bit. There is little you can do with backscatter, some spammer has found your email address and is sending forged from headers. Then the stupid server at the other end is believing the from header and trying to return the mail. I don't know what the real solution is. -- Robin Cornelius http://www.byteme.org.uk
