The other thing to think about is evening or weekend day time. Evening is difficult for those further away while weekend daytime can go on longer thus make traveling more worthwile but some members of the list work Saturday and/or Sunday so its always difficult to pick between Saturday or Sunday. Often lifts can be arranged as well most (in Cornwall) of us will need to travel up or down the A30 (to get to most other places) so people can often be picked up or met at a common location. -- Robin Cornelius http://www.byteme.org.uk
