-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all, The phone is a Sagem MyX-6 - sadly I have found out since originally asking this question that this model is a proprietary one and only supplied by Orange - argh. Anyway, I have a USB data cable for it and I do get some connectivity on Windows on the same machine, so I'm fairly sure it's not a hardware fault. However when I try to run kmobiletools I get the below errors: julian@NATALIE:~$ kmobiletools Using KUniqueApplication kmobiletools: Testing PDU mode... julian@NATALIE:~$ kmobiletools: PDU mode: false kmobiletools: IsMotorola:false; canDoMM*:false kmobiletools: Forcing device to close kmobiletools: Testing PDU mode... kmobiletools: PDU mode: false kmobiletools: IsMotorola:false; canDoMM*:false kmobiletools: No sender kmobiletools: Forcing device to close Can anyone shed light on this please? Also on another list someone mentioned gnokii. Now I have libgnokii2 installed, but not the first clue how to access it. Answers on the back of a stuck-down email to... :) Kind regards, Julian -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.3 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFFCnzzjs/5IBdCO1ERAuUJAJ9AeIn/OszyIYOT095MlqcH+LxUewCdHK/V hJfxzlzlCZXdSNWnTozeeD4= =rs5g -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG http://mailman.dclug.org.uk/listinfo/list FAQ: http://www.dcglug.org.uk/linux_adm/list-faq.html
