I wouldn't actually have a use for it myself, per se, but if I am teaching the Operating System Theory unit at College again next academic year, then it would be very nice for my students to actually have a real dumb-terminal to play around with, rather than just reading/talking about it. I will definitely try to get to the next BBQ, so long as it's not in the first two weeks of September as I'm out of the country.
