I tried DokuWiki but I just couldn't get comfortable with it. I also tried PMWiki which seemed to be okay at first apart from the fact that I couldn't setup authentication, or at least not very useful authentication. I think I might step back from it all and plan it out a bit better. For a start it might be a good idea for me to get the data out of the existing Notes databases into some plain text format and then re-organize how they should go in the Wiki (at the moment there doesn't seem to be any structure to it).
