I use VOIP (not skype) , I am running asterisk it does everything you will ever want. Works really well, I have a number in Oz, and a couple of numbers here and one in the US. CLID OSD to my mythbox, CLID to my squeezeboxes, can answer my home from work or anywhere else I can get a connection, call screening (I am sorry, I don't kow that number, please ring my $1 a minute number and I will talk to you for as long as you like.)
