I could then tell it to use eg usr/bin/realplay and it worked. Now I am told that eg Realplay is not found and would I like to download it? It is just that the program is looking in the wrong place. Working lunch is a good example (bbc.co.uk/workinglunch). There is a choice to watch previous programs in broadband. When I try I am told that Realplayer is missing and I should download it. It is not missing it is just the program looking in the wrong place. I am not given the chance to point the program to the right place. My previous version gave me the option to tell the program where to look. Or is my memory playing me up? My other question is, how do I add plugins to Firefox? The help file tells me to click on Edit/Preferences and then on the add-ins button. There are no addins listed, and nowhere does it explain how to add them. Or am I being thick?
