1) I tend to follow the convention that the email has been following (and here is a bad example) There is nothing worse than some idiot bottom posting when everyone else is top posting. (you can now go to the end of the message to read the rest) On 29/05/06 11:11:18, Aaron Trevena wrote: > On 29/05/06, Ian bell <ianbell@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > Simon Robert wrote: > > > > > > > > Bottom IS better. I read in order that email arrives and think that is just because the way stuff works best at work, At least with top posting I can just read the next email and delete it with out having to do anything else. While I am being controversial... snippage <grr> People who snip too much and then after a problem has been bounced around for a few days, the original problem has been snipped off and there is just a load of use but unsuccessful try X, try Y bits left. (I wonder if snipping is required because people bottom post and they don't want to scroll down <VBG>) Told you I was being controversial -- 'ooroo stinga...(:)-) --------------------------------------------------- Email: stinga@xxxxxxxxxxxxx o You need only two tools. o ///// A hammer and duct tape.
