Will do.  I guess I could write to them asking for a rundown of the 
charges.  The debt collection company weren't much help, they couldn't 
even give me Eclipse's number!

Another annoying thing about it, I was on hold about 7 minutes before I 
got to speak to someone at Eclipse.
