You also might want to look at Hula for calendering. Outlook requires exchange for calendering, and exchange costs bucks, and together outlook and exchange are better at propogating viruses and losing important emails than sending email. Then you could spend the money you saved by not buying exchange and outlook on managed email filterning by Star or Inty.
