If you have the same model as me then try this http://sourceforge.net/projects/rt2400 The chipset is rt2500 from ra, they are supporting free software development. (ra not belkin). As far as I can tell all the Belkin "G" use ra's rt25xx chips which are supported by the driver (ie pcmcia, usb and pci models). I say this as a warning because specs change while packaging and model numbers dont. I have used all three types from belkin device with this driver and Fedora Core 3 without any problems, although the usb unit developed a hw fault with its connector (not attributable to the driver). I have not tried any of the 125Mbps (pre-N) stuff since Im waiting to see how the standards develop and with a B type access point and 1/2 Meg broadband, im not going to see any marked improvement either for internal or external network access. Its not part of the standard kernel so you will need to do your own compiling, but as a gentoo user you should be ok with this :-) Tom.
