Paul,

I have a very basic template which you can have, consisting of a valid XHTML dummy page and some CSS to make it look acceptable. Install the editcss extension for firefox and use it to edit the stylesheet (referring to http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp) without changing the markup. That's how one uses CSS.

I'll send the template tomorrow evening, as I'm currently at my father's house and am having to use his ghastly WinXP box, on which I can't run bluefish nor rsync :(
