[LUG] autoexec equivilent
Hi
Just discovered this about auto running items at kde startup
in you home directory there is a hidden .kde directory, within this
there is an Autostart directory, anything in here gets auto started when
kde fires up,
so i put a simple shell script in,
#/bin/bash
konsole
I used the right click properties / advanced and ticked exec for the
user field, when I ran the script it just opened up a new console window.
hope this helps. unlike under dos, there seems to be quite a few
scripts that autorun on start up, again showing Linux to be very
flexible once youh have found these features.
