I did something similar with Procmail a while back. I had some quite complex rules to detect the mime type - if it's not multipart let it through, block html if it's multipart/alternative but not if it's a proper attachment, block every mimetype that make mention of Microsoft (complex by my standards, anyway; it was quite simple by procmail standards - procmail can make perl look straightforward ;). I never managed to get it to return emails, though, just to filter them out. Think I'll have another look at that now...
