Ah sorry, the version I had kicking around was from before root raid was possible and there was a lot going on at that meeting so i missed/forgot about that. Soon fix that with a new net install.
| Is LVM worth the hassle and is putting it on top of (root) raid-1 OK or am I | in for more trouble than it is worth? If you have multiple hot swappable disks LVM, or downtime for maintainance must be very low LVM may be worth it, but for most people just use simple RAID 1 and forget it.
Ok prehapse for my intended use that is overkill, i will just stick to the root raid 1 i think!
