True - not everything Microsoft does is dodgy, illegal, corupt, immoral or all of the above. However on any given day any given department is almost certainly acting in at least one of the above manners and can give this impression. Perhaps it would be better to say that Microsoft is totally corrupt. Which is pretty much true by most people's definition : it uses bribery, political lobbying, dodgy dealing (politely referred to as 'sharp business practice') and illegal abuse of its monopoly and general evil badness to acheive its goals. The only difference between enron and Microsoft is that MS actually makes a profit (and has an illegal monopoly and regularly steals ideas, personnel, money, etc from other businesses).
