Is there much activity there? I moved onto the PC around 1991.

Is it safe to ask why you dislike open source? As a concept or merely as
a method of development?

I'm not too clued about the ins and outs of it tbh. I do some perl and
release to odd bit, but tend to find out after I've written something
that somebody else has done it better already...
