Yes, but not on Saturdays unless something VERY bad has happened.

Don't ask Matt how long his UserLinux install took, and he has 1Mbps
ADSL unlike some of us on 64kbps.

Today booted GNU/Hurd into multiuser mode - finally - would have
been easier if I'd read the docs first, or they had continued to
include the boot floppy in the distro - next step make GRUB boot
automatically and sort the networking (what no DHCP!?!).

It occured to me at one point that "installing Debian/Hurd K7 is a
very good way to learn about GRUB", is vaguely along the same lines
as the famous quotation "quantum mechanics is a good introduction to
hilbert spaces".

Took a brief look at Dynebolic, and Gentoo, although I was somewhat
confused on booting the Dynebolic CD to find I had a miminal Gentoo
install, seems Linux User and Developer managed to label them the
wrong way around.

The Dynebolic CD looked interesting, and booted well, a live CD
aimed at multimedia editting (with plenty of odd Debian games to
fill the disk space up with), but I don't really do multimedia
editting. Gentoo I didn't really have a chance to get to grips with,
maybe after Saturday!

Also had a play with the LNX-BBC on my FSF membership card, but I'll
be hanging onto Knoppix for a while longer as my rescue CD of
choice. Guess since the BBC fits in my wallet I'm more likely to
have it to hand.
