[LUG] Broadband ISPs ?

Chaps, hi;

It's September 6th and our local broadband date has gone from "never" to early 
October.  

I run a tiny office with about 15 machines, a couple of native IP phones and 
an asterisk telephone switch.

I've looked at ADSLGuide until my brain hurts, and I'm currently leaning 
toward a 1:20 connection from Zen (because they're happy to give me as much 
of my own Class C network as I want). 

Anyone have a better idea ?
