[LUG] Apologies for duplicate posts

Hi All,

Quick note to apologise for duplicate posts this morning.  For some
reason if I edit a post in the Outbox of Evolution 1.4 and then click
send it makes another copy of the message.  If I then delete the
original it sends it anyway (!?!?)
