Can anyone recommend a suitable cat5e cable for running from a house to an office in the garden 9 metres away. There is a power cable already running out to the office and ideally I would like to bury the Ethernet cable alongside the power cable. Is there a cable that is screened for this purpose? Any help, views, recommendations appreciated Regards Kelly Jones
If it was me, I would just bury a normal bit of cable and see what happen. Actually, I would just tack it to the fence. If I was concerned, I might stick it in a cheap bit of hose pipe and bury that, at least you could pull a new bit through if you needed to. -- 'ooroo Mike...(:)-) --------------------------------------------------- Email: mike@xxxxxxxxxxxxx o You need only two tools. o ///// A hammer and duct tape.
