I think I've managed to succeed with the "difficult" bit of hacking the open-source Amtel driver to work with a BT Voyager 1010 USB wi-fi device - but I'm struggling with the easy bit of actually setting up the interface! :-(
So, presuming that the device is working correctly (which the system logs suggests), what magic commands to I type in order to get it to talk to the Access Point? I think the AP is acting as a DHCP server, and I know the channel and ESSID.
I would have thought that I should find some straightforward instructions for this quite quickly, but my Googling has been largely fruitless :-(
