Hi all, Keep getting entries like the following in my Apache access log. Does anyone know what this SEARCH method is, and why is it creating such a mess in my logs? I've only included a very small selection of what's in the log entry. Basically it's just loads of garbage then a load of HTML. Can anyone shed any light on what's happening? 203.249.21.xxx - - [25/Mar/2004:00:05:25 +0000] "SEARCH /\x90\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb 1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x 1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x02\xb1\x a>) on Mar 10, 16:40\n </div>\n </div>\n <br />\n <div class=\"serendipity_comment\">\n <a id=\"c13\"></a>\n <br />\n\n <div class=\"serendipity_comment_source\">\n <a href=\"#c13\" title=\"Link to comment #3\">#3</a> \n<a href=\"mailto:dj[at]david-web.co.uk\" title=\"Send a mail to David Johnson (dj[at]david-web.co.uk)\">David Johnson</a> (<a href=\"http://www.david-web.co.uk/\" onclick=\"window.open(this.href, 'target1080149937'); return false;\" title=\"http://www.david-web.co.uk/\">Link</a>) on Mar 11, 21:48\n </div>\n </div>\n <br />\n <br />\n <div class=\"serendipity_commentsTitle\">Add Comment</div>\n <div class=\"serendipityCommentForm\">\n <form id=\"serendipity_comm -- David Johnson http://www.david-web.co.uk/ -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
