Hi David,

Still having problems with the printouts being A.D.MONO which is a
horrible font to read.

I think I've nailed the problem down, every time I change the character
encoding to 8859-1 it goes back to "Unknown" when I change to a
different email.  Damned if I know why.. any ideas? :)
