[LUG] Emporium now ChyGwyn

Just surfed over to the Linux Emporium

with the idea of parting with some hard-earned for a copy of SuSE 9 to find 
that a company called ChyGwyn Limited has taken over their business.

Has anyone heard of this business before, or know their track record?
