Both Tivoli and Novell work with Linux - and they are the most likely to be seen on Windows too. There isn't really a bundled package for either windows or any linux distro. Both require you to go and buy something in. Redhat and others also allow you to have local Update mirrors, and automatic updates with things like Redcarpet, RHN, etc. You can also mount some things over NFS so that applications and other stuff can be updated somewhere central.
