[LUG] GPG KEYS - cannot add my key to LUG site

Hi,

I am trying to add my GPG key to my account on the LUG site through the 
members register change screen. But i get the following message

Key has been updated from a public keyserver and has been identified as 
revoked. It has been deleted from the DCLUG keyring and from the Members 
Register database. No key is currently assigned for Robin Cornelius 
<robin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

Key refresh result:

the fingerprint is for Neil Williams key, and there dosn't seem to be any 
mention of my key or the option to add it.

My key has been on publih key servers for a few months and checking with a 
search-keys shows it on some key servers OK.

help ,,,, please ?
