[LUG] Newbie

Hi

Just as an encouragement to the 'Newbie's' from a still newbie!

I booted up Mandrake 9.0 just over a year ago and since then I have
developed to building my own network, learning and using CSS and I am
now teaching myself MySQL and PHP. A guy called Rick told me it was a
voyage of discovery, one that he seemingly took not long before me. The
thing I have discovered is that there is a lot of enthusiasm out there
and a huge amount of encouragement. I have discovered a new hobby that
is frustratingly fun....

I look forward to hearing more postings. I am beginning to understand
more of Linux Format. Maybe one day I will understand it all.
