Thanks for bearing with me re the above. Have now gone out and bought a
copy of PHP and MySQL Web Development by Luke Welling and Laura Thomson.
A hefty book but very good with many good write-ups.

I have hit the first chapter and I am stuck in variables.

The journey continues.
