[LUG] Procmail

Hi,

I've recently been experimenting with procmail,
my last recipe is one that drops unrecognised emails to 'bulk'
it goes like this;

:0:

Bulk

Does anyone know how i could modify this to get it to 1) add the sender's 
address to a specified file and 2) to add the sender's name and subject to 
another file - for each message which is processed by this recipe.

any ideas anyone??
