My Mandrake 9.0 Download edition has:

blackbox-0.62.1-3mdk.i586.rpm

and is 235170 bytes long and probably available to download from the 
link you used for libstdc++5-devel-3.2-1mdk.i586.rpm.

This may save all that compiling work, you could just

$ rpm -ivh blackbox-0.62.1-3mdk.i586.rpm

Or did you have a specific reason for compiling Blackbox that I missed?
