[LUG] CD Writing software

XCDRoast and other front ends to cd record are rubbish. They all insist I make 
an ISO before burning. It's been a while, but I'm sure that nero was the only 
program I've seen that will burn straight off. Copying 650MB of data every 
time I want to burn a CD is a pain, is there a way to burn without making an 
ISO before hand?
