[LUG] hardware Monitoring

Silly question maybe Jon can answer this one.

I've replaced my CPU fan on my almighty XP processor, how can you monitor fans 
and hardware, for example fan speed, core voltages, case speeds. 

My Windows XP has the ASUS monitoring software, but ASUS doesn't support Linux
sensor monitoring.

Just interested.

Any ideas
