It is a much more central location, from the train station and for 
anyone who lives near.. for thoose a little further away it could cause 
"navigation issues" Personally I am all up for prety much any location 
in oraround Exeter as I now live here (yay)

Something that has bothered me for a while is you're name.. I recognise 
the name but I am unsure from where...
