Hi,

ADSL is not recommended for web serving because of always lower upload rates 
- Asynchronous  in the name. From what I understand, the only way to 
effectively host a web server is to have leased lines - if you can afford 
sufficient bandwidth. Maybe SDSL will be an answer in the future but I don't 
think there is any prospect of it's introduction in Cornwall for the 
forseeable future.
