I had a problem with my cable modem all day yesterday. Rang blueyonder up, they said they'd issue something that would fix it at the daily update - 2AM 4AM, still wasnt working. On a whim I rang them up. Tech support was still open! I was impressed Half hour later, all is fixed. Hurrah.
