Assuming you have a suitable place to put the PC on the end of the cables. I bet wholesale the price difference between silent components and fanned is pretty small, probably of the order of a couple of quid per PC. If someone could guarantee sales of a few hundred it would be worth doing, paying retail and retrofitting the equipment costs more than my PC's are worth.
