Well I personally would be interested in an overview of PHP and XML. I know nothing about XML an would be interested in and overview. Additionally to this I would also be interested in this PGP, GPG thingy.
First thing to do is install GnuPG and generate a key. (I say generate because I have searched and I can't find a key for you so after all the fuss about making existing keys public, I'd hope you have not been hiding your key!!!) :-)) Most distros have GnuPG available as a package. Once installed, just run gpg as an ordinary user. That will create the home directory and you'll need to run gpg again maybe twice before it is ready to generate a key. (If you use RH and get warnings about insecure memory, you can either use chmod u+s /usr/bin/gpg or if no-one else is connected to your computer normally, ignore it. - make sure gpg is IN /usr/bin/ first using locate or which.) Then read the man page and generate a key. Then post it to keyserver.linux.it using gpg --list-keys and then gpg --keyserver keyserver.linux.it --send-keys <yourkeyID> and let us all know by signing your next email to the list. (Using KMail you just select/enter the key to use in Settings|Configure KMail|Identity) Then we can deal with GnuPG with a working installation at the meet. - -- Neil Williams ============= http://www.codehelp.co.uk neil@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx linux@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx neil@xxxxxxxxxxxx -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE91UKgiAEJSii8s+MRAqhXAKCww69tfus6hgRvLfC2HCEn1DUIBwCg435j 2gyeNgw+gWgjgBhUEMGz5co= =uzk4 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
