Head of Informatics Programme East Devon Primary Care Trust Circa £47k - £51k per annum NHS 37 hours per week Circa £47k - £51k per annum Based at Dean Clarke House, Exeter, you will be leading the development and implementation of LIS Community plans and the evolution of local Health Informatics Services within the context of SW Peninsula plans. This high profile role will put you at the forefront of strategic IM&T development for the North and East Devon healthcare community. You will work with all partners to formulate a shared strategic approach to tackling the information priorities and targets determined by national direction and local needs. The community will look to you for IM&T policy advice and guidance, partnership development and the programme management of LIS projects including an Acute EPR Implementation. The role will require you to be a creative thinker with the energy and vision to rise to the challenges of the local information agenda. Having spent at least five years in IM&T management at a senior level, you will have experience of developing strategic plans, partnership building and managing and leading change. Your proven ability to programme manage a complex package of projects will be supported by excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Job-share and part-time will be considered.
